I have a question to you about Harnia, actually one of my relatives has 10 Months Old Boy who got Harnia problem and Doctors sujjested for operation , do you have any other solution because we wish to avoid operation, we are so worried about the Baby Boy who is too young for opreration...

I would have been very happy to answer your query regarding an asana for the cure of Harnia. It is possible to cure Harnia through Yoga. I believe Yoga has the power the cure many diseases without surgery. I would sugget you to contact a Yoga Guru or Expert for the correct asana. I feel doing on your own from begining is not advisable, it is always better to contact an expert and then start.

I hav a swelling on left side of my thigh n below the stomuch the thing is there is no pain in that ..but these days my stumoch is paining a bit ...i showed it 2 my family doctor he told me that i hav a hernia n when I asked him abt the pain he suggest me 2 go for SONOGRAFY ...so I m confused please guide me ...thanQ

hi

i suffer from heightus harnia 4 years ago when i been 20 now i cannot live all my life is became black specially cause my work is diver . i round alot to many doctors and they told me that we dont do this kind of operations cause its not successful . and later will have bad effect . please if u have advice just let me know. thanks
