Is Harnia curable through Yoga

Hi,

I am Gokul and have Harnia, it is not painfull and has no problem while sleeping and other excersice.

Please advise me whether this is curable through Yoga and what should i do for it or should i join any class for yoga.

Dear Yoga Master,

I have pain in my right side abdomen below right from chest bone to till leg bone.This is some time intense and some time no..

Checked for kidny, gallblader etc.and it appears to be normal.I'm suspecting could be harnia.

Kindly please suggest me any yogik medicine or yogik exsercise?

I shall be obliged .
