Hi,

I've just done a 20 mins meditation in Hero's Pose.

This was fine, except that, even though I went into all fours before standing, when I stood up I feel immense discomfort and pain as though the knee joints were all out of place.

Would someone kindly share a way to come out of the pose after such a length of time, that allows the knees to gently adapt?

I meditate in this pose because the lotus is too challenging for me.

Many thanks,

Namaste
